My Mum Recipe


Assalamualaikum.......
Mid term had passed and now I am going back to my second home,UiTM..huhuhu...One week like a one day because I miss my mother cookery.so much.When I come back to my lovely hometown and absolutely my home,one thing I compoulsory to do is eat my mother cook..I love kuih tepung talam which my mum prepare..To make kuih tepung talam not very difficult but the taste is delicious....I want to share how kuih tepung talam is make..Let’s start cooking..hehehe.


Ingredients for the below side:
4 tablespoon of sugar
5 cup of water
2 cup of wheat flour
2 tablespoon of rice flour
1 small spoon of lime
Mix the ingredients together and then steam the dough.


Ingredients for the above side:
4 ½ cup of coconut milk
1 ½ cup of wheat flour
½ small spoon of salt
Suggestion: For coloring follow your own appetite...
Mix the ingredients together and pour it above the below dough and then steam the dough.


You can eat the cake with one cup hot coffee when hot weather or in evening with your lovely family...I hope everyone can try the recipe...Enjoy it...Good luck...
